How to Get A six pack FAST as HELL (part 1)

When It comes to getting a six pack FAST, there are 5 steps that you should take!

1. Eat Often
This should be a no brainer but some people literally have to set their Blackberry to beep when it is time to eat. When we eat we burn calories (thermogenic effect of eating) and we end up less hungry later. Skip meals and you are setting the stage to overeat at your next meal. So, do what it takes to remember to eat often.

2. Take Green Tea
Green tea extract when combined with caffeine, increases energy expenditure (calories burned). Studies have also shown that habitual green tea consumers are better able to maintain their weight.
Researchers have theorized that weight maintenance is easier due to increased thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Tea has a multitude of other benefits as well so you can’t go wrong with adding tea to your diet. If you prefer, try an energy drink with green tea extract and caffeine.

I prefer TEA REXX, I take it everyday!!!)

3. Be Wary Of Sugar Free Products
How many people do you know who chew packs of sugar free gum or candies so they won’t eat? Sounds like a good idea, especially the sugar free kind. The thing is, many sugar free gums and candies have sugar alcohols in them which can cause bloating and abdominal discomfort.
In large quantities, they can also cause a laxative effect in some people. Many sugar alcohols are known by their “-ol” ending: mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, lactitol, maltitol. Mannitol is the worst offender when it comes to gas and bloating.

4. Quit Boozing
If you are going to drink alcohol, at least drink wine and get a few antioxidants. But seriously, cut the alcohol.
Do you know anyone who has ripped abs and still drinks on a regular basis (and yes, weekly counts as regularly!)? No, you don’t, unless they are a genetic freak of nature. And, if you were a genetic freak of nature with naturally rock-hard abs, you probably wouldn’t be reading this article.

Make sure you follow a good diet (like the one in my workout plan). I will also help  to try a good fat burner like TEA REXX, it is what I use to help me stay ripped.

  1. Hello, So i saw ur video awhile ago but never wrote anything, but i thought id post a comment. Here I am 31 yrs old and i am very over weight i have lost alot by doing my own thing but i gained back 30 pounds and i felt like i was heading back to my old habits. But i had saw ur video not knowing if it was for woman too but i needed a tuff workout something i knew i couldmt do just yet to push me so I watched most of your videos and dopped 14 pounds in 5 days i still cant do everything but thats my goal. Is to do everything you do in your workout, So thanks again… Il have about 150 pounds to lose so ill post a comment when i reach my 50 pound mark. No im not one of those people who gives up when i have my mind set on something ill be back with pictures thanks again for great tips… Ill spred the word…..

    but id like to ask if i could use all three supplements together at the same time
    as in use the multi vitamin alongside the tearexx and whey protein all at the same time
    and how effective are they also is the tearexx going to rip my body whilst the whey protein gives me muscles…thanx

  6. yo brandon i’m 15 n m gonna try this video, how much time will it take to get ripped wit 6 pack if i do these exercise on regular basis?

    • If your going to do cardio and weights in the same workout, ALWAYS do cardio AFTER the weights. you will be to tiered to lift if your do cardio first, and It have been proven that people burn a lot more fat when cardio is last.

  7. Hi !!!..i’ve always watching all of ur video…its great!!..every time i do it..i feel my abs working!!…but i have one question…im 15..my heights are 170..and im weights about 64kg..is that ideal enough?..pls reply quickly as soon as possible..thank you bro!!
