    i am birger,i train every day (one muscle) like in youre video……….and i would like to do supersets… but how do i fit them in my regular workout routine?do i have to reduce my other exercises? can i do them every training or do i have to switch with my regular exercises?

  3. when you start working out to build your muscles, you want to be careful not to over-do it. Sure, it may seem like the harder you work, the more reps you do, and the more weight you lift, the faster you will see results, but wrong!
