Best Supplements to Burn Fat and Build Muscle


People always ask me what supplements i use. first of all i would like to say that no supplement is magic and your going to have to work hard to get results. having that said. there are a few supplements that i belave will give you a tremendouse advantage! I would say that 80% of all the supplements in GNC are pure bullshit to market suckers into waisting there hard earned money. Here is a list of supplements that i uses everyday and truly believe in.

1. Multivitamin

If you only take one supplement make it a Multivitamin! People that take Multivitamin have way more energy and get sick a lot less then people that don’t. You will need the energy to workout hard to loose fat and / or built muscle



2. Whey Protein

Whey Protein will really help your muscles grow and get stronger. I take 3-4 servings of it a day and i make sure in take it after my workout! if your take this and workout hard you can see results WAY faster!

    I;ve been using your program for the last couple of weeks. The routine schedule I know break up the body parts during the week but do you think that this is over training with no rest days. I’m just wanting to make sure I”ve felt good somedays and other days I’m so sore. I’m trying to gain some mass should how many calories should I be eating a day. It’s so confusing because I some say you have to eat alot of calories to bulk up but who wants to get fat or a pot belly. then they say bulk up then cut down, I’m not going to mention any names but I bought another program an it was alot more than yours and there telling me to eat like 4500 to 5000 calories a day to put on massive mass, but then you’ll have to cut like for 3 or 4 months it makes no sense. I just trying to make sure your workout is for me. I know that they have calorie intake calcs out there like times 1.5 by your body weight what do you recomend. any help would be great

  11. Brandon Im always busy so I workout at home alot…I can see me loose weight but Im trying to gain muscle..plus I dont use supplements. Do you have to have these if you want to gain muscle?

  12. hey bro, i am 16 and i am working hard at home and in the gym like 3 at 4 times at the week , and i never get any supplements or those things, but the other day my cousin give me like 3 packs of creatine, and i want to know your oppinion if i should take them or should i have to wait to be more older to take them or what?

  13. Hey Brandon! i’ve found the guide really useful, i was wondering if me taking amino 1000 tablets is good? it says it repairs muscles after workouts, and i’m 5’7″ 130lbs, and have 12% body fat. Is this a good way to gain weight?

  15. when doing Hiit cardio and lifting, whens the best time do to both, and one right after the other or apart, as well as what time of day. Say doing both home and gym exercises, and hiit…im talking about getting it all in…

  16. Do you know if whey protein is wheat free? I’m allergic to wheat. Hard to find wheat free products, especially on a very low budget. Any recommendations?
    BTW, I’m a 38 yo female, 5’2″ & 136 lbs (recent abdominoplasty & breast reduction). Want to lean, tone & cut up.

  17. When you lose body does it happen all over the body equally or to certain parts more than others?
    Reason i ask is i have been on a diet and have noticed a big change all over my body and im a lot thinner all other my body. I have also noticed though that my breasts have gone really small and are half the size due to the amount of fat ive lost on my upper body. My thighs and buttocks are starting to go now slowly but gradual.
