  3. I believe avoiding refined foods will be the first step to lose weight. They will often taste fine, but prepared foods have very little nutritional value, making you try to eat more simply to have enough power to get over the day. In case you are constantly taking in these foods, changing to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will make you to have more power while eating less. Thanks alot : ) for your blog post.
