If you want Bigger and / or more ripped arms you have to workout your TRICEPS! Some people try to build great arms by focusing on the biceps only, but the TRICEPS are twice as big as biceps!!! The fastest way to great arms is a good Triceps workout.

  1. Where can i get those last things you were doing dips with? I kno they are used in gymnastics lol but Im not sure where you would buy them of what they are called and how do they work? door frame? Thanks for these videos, Im in weight training in school and bring these tips with me everyday

      • thanks imma check em out soon and 1 more question.. you tend to use resistance bands a lot. do u feel that they work better or easier than free weights and im assuming that you use them because you can use them in various positions, etc. thanks

    How long it took to get ripped if you are under age :)? ( around 15)
    My point is, i’m 15 years old and got six pack and muscles, but still want more 😮
    So how long it took to get ripped like you ?
