  1. yo do u have excessive that u can do without weights and and gain muscle fast?

oh and is there a excersise for sitting down?

  2. Hey man,
Thank you for your videos. It’s great.
I have do workout for couple a years but never achivede my goals.
    I lose motivation..

I will do my best to summer to cut fat – is it possible to lose fat and gain muscle?
I use Whey protein, Creatin, fish oil (omega3), Vitamin pills…
Eat a lot of chicken, beef, vegetables..

    I run 3-4 kilometres 2-3 times a week.

    Fat %: 22
    Height: 189,5 cm
    Kilo: 107 kg.
Anyway, thank you very much for your advices, different workouts etc..

    • So you run 3-4km 2-3 times a week, and workout 3 times a week and you can’t get to your wanted weight.
Cut the running to distances, stick to 100m sprints 8-10 per session, that is for when you are not in the gym days. While in the gym do your thing but increase intensity, max rest period 30- 45 seconds depending if you are using really heavy weights. Strength= more work in less time

Yes it’s possible to lose fat and gain muscle but the nutrition must be tweaked so it fits your goals, and your workout also.

High carb meals only after workout (gym), fish oil only before sleep. All the rest should be moderate.
For the life of me I don’t know why you are using creatine, if you are as strong and active as you say you don’t need it.

      • Ok – thank you.
I will change my run to small sprints.
Or mix it. Some days small sprints and other
        days 3-4km..

I am training with 60-90 seconds rest.
I want to lose fat and you know Fit..

I try creatine beacuse it helps to rest. fastere..

I have to be better with my nutrition.

  3. Creatine helps with recovery yes I know that but it also binds more water to your muscles and thus it can make some people bloated (puffy). I recommend to cut the creatine if you want to lose weight.

Running a lot makes your body get used to it and your body then conserves energy by conserving fat. Remember, fat burns clear and it’s the greatest resource of energy for our body, so if your body is under long stress and fatigue like running it will panic and try to save fat. That is why short bursts of high intensity workout is best to lose fat.

Usually your body burns calories the first 15 to 20 minutes of your workout, only after 30 to 45 minutes it starts burning your fat reserves. By doing high intensity interval training for 30 minutes you will burn more calories and fat. The metabolic effect of high intensity interval training lasts from 24 to 48 hours, so you burn more fat after your workout not just during.
If you can combine this with a good meal plan (6 times a day, up to 2500 calories per day, maybe 2800) you will get to your desired weight in no time.

I don’t like running so I replaced it with a JUMP ROPE. I can tell you from experience that if you do the jump rope with high intensity you can burn more then 500 calories in 30 minutes.
