  1. Hey brandon, I wanted to know what are the best exercises to get V-cut abs. My body fat is around 12% and you can see my v-cut and abs but not as much, I want to get it to be like yours. i weight train 5-6 days a week and 2x a week cardio.

Aye I Cant pay the 90 day workout thing and i cant get to a gym is there like a body resissistent workouts for like 30 or 60 days or whatever would like to see that And I Want to See results doing this i feel like i started getting results and then stopped. I Have goten stronger but no more results HELP THANK U
