New Home Leg Workout Workout Video

Here is a great new home workout video for LEGS! Building muscle helps your body burn fat and your legs are the biggest muscle group in your body. So the more you build up your leg muscles, the ripped you will get! Legs are the hardest muscle group to workout at home because you need the A LOT of weight to train them… But that has all changed thanks to a piece of equipment called “The Human Trainer”.

    • I don’t know if I would say that one of my workouts is “more effective” than another. It’s good to change up your workouts every now and then because your body gets used to doing the same thing. So the only reason that this workout would be “more effective” is because you have not done this one yet.

  1. I am a football player and I am trying to get more speed will these workout for the legs hep me get more speed if not what are some leg workouts that would help me get more speed?
