Want To Get Ripped Faster? Then Train Legs More

Many people give their legs a weak workout at best or skip over them completely in favor of training their arms or chest more. This is a costly mistake to make. Not only does training legs help pack on lean mass it also helps keep of fat. When you do a heavy, intense leg workout your growth hormone spikes. Thus creating an anabolic environment, which equals muscle growth throughout your whole body. Because you can add several pounds of muscle to your legs, this will help you keep weight off. Muscle mass takes calories to maintain, so the more muscle you have the more calories you burn, therefore keeping fat off.

  1. Hey Brandon what’s up. I recently purchased your workout plan and it is great. However, i have a question and seem to be confused about the approach. In your video you say that you lift 3 sets at 10-12 reps. Do you maintain the same weight or do you decrease the weigh to stay within the targted rep range? Also, when lifting to failure do you try to stay within the 10-12 rep range? Thanks and keep up your awesome work!

  2. Hey Brandon what’s up! I recently purchased your workout video. It’s been great. You say in your video to do 3 sets between 10-12 reps. Do you maintain the same weight or do you decrease the weight withe every set? Also, in some of your videos you mention that you dont count reps, but instead go to failure. When you go to failure do you usually do 10-12 reps as well. Thanks and keep up the good work.
