I get a lot of questions about how to workout without any weights or equipment. This is great for people that don’t have time to got to the gym, people that don’t have money to buy any workout equipment, or if you just want to change up your workout. In the video below, I will show you some great ways to workout your chest without any weights or equipment.
I have not worked out in a real guy in over 3 years so I workout like this a lot (I do have a small weight set that I use at home too!)
Her Is a breakdown of this chest workout
- Pick 3-4 moves
- Do 3-4 sets of each move
- DO NOT COUNT REPS!!! Go to failure with each set!
- Rest 30-90 between each set
DIPS
Elevated Pushups
Explosive Push Ups
Towel Flys
Crawl Pushups

Hi, man I am a student in medical. i have to wake up till 1:00 AM night, and i train at 5:30 AM morning. No other time fix me. Though what should be my diet to build muscle and burn fat and get ripped like you???

Hi Brandon! just discovered your blog and I love it. It’s cool how you make the videos. This one I liked especially because I am one of those who like to workout at home. I have a bar and a pair of dumbells and I have started discovering lots of differents ways of doing all kind of exercises just with bodyweight and they work great. For example I do squats with my 9 old year son on my shoulders! that’s really fun for both of us! lol
