If you want to build muscle and or get ripped fast, skipping breakfast can be a big mistake. I am not just making this up. Numerous medical studies show that eating a good breakfast will help jack up your metabolism  therefor helping you burn fat faster. And if you are trying to build muscle, then you really need to eat a BIG breakfast in order to get the extra calls you need to build muscle fast!

No matter what your goal is, you need to be eating right and drinking A LOT OF WATER each day. You should also be taking a multi -vitamin each day too
