10 Minute Ab Workout To Help You Get A Six Pack Fast – Brandon Carter

Last week I gave you 5 Tips To Get A Six Pack Fast, so this week I am going to give you 10 Minute abs workout to add to your arsenal. The workout below is similar to my 15 min abs workout, but some of the moves are a little different. Adding variety to your workouts is wildly important. If you do not consistently change up your workouts, your muscles will get used to a workout over time and stop responding.

  • Leg Lifts (lift hips off of the floor too!!!) for 30 seconds

  • Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds

  • Roman Twist  for 30 seconds

  • Mountain Climbers for 30 seconds

  • Rest for 30 to 120 seconds (depending on you fitness level)
  • repeat this WHOLE thing 2-3 times (depending on you fitness level)

  1. hi brandon. which is the best split for you to build mass? 2split?3 split or 5 split?
    now i’m doing 3 split + 1 day of rest. is it enough for muscle rest or is it too stressing?

      • thank you brandon. other question:
        to build mass you suggest us to do 3 sets of 10-14 reps(failing between 10 and 14)doing the exercise slowly (1 sec positive and 2 sec negative for example)
        to be ripped, which are your suggestions?
        using lighter weights? doing more sets?

  2. sorry brandon, i forgot another question:
    in a 5 day split workout shall we do 3 sets for 3 exercise? or shall we do more reps or more exercise?
