I get a lot of questions about how to build bigger stronger Forearms. You need to have well developed forearms so your arms stay in good proportion with your bicep and triceps development. Strong forearms also look cool when you have on a t-shirt.
I do not really work forearms that hard because I think that they get enough work for my bicep workout. But I do have a few move that to make sure that my forearms are in great shape. I will demonstrate them in the video below.

Reverse Forearm Curls
- Do 3-4 sets of each move
- DO NOT COUNT REPS!!! Go to failure with each set!
- Rest 30-90 between each set
