Testosterone is a hormone that is secreted in both men and women. It is responsible for sex drive, as well as protein processing for muscle mass development and strength. The more Testosterone you have, the easier it will be for you to gain muscle and burn fat.

Even as simple as fixing your posture for as little as 2 minutes has a significant effect on your hormones. Studies have also shown that even just holding a gun increases testosterone. Plus shooting guns is something I want to be really good at, not to mention it’s one of those things that takes a good amount of practice to be proficient at.
