The best video I’ve seen from you. Had no intention of watching it but I did. First time I saw one of your videos was about 5yrs ago (work out video). “How to Win Friends and Influence People ” was big for me as well.
Thanks a lot George!!!
Dude thanks for the reference of books! I heard you talk about ‘How to win friends and influence people a while ago and started reading it. It is now filled with reference tabs! It has helped in so many ways already. You certainly inspired some of the work I am doing on my own channel and blog! Keep up the good work! Also, have you thought about doing some work in the UK on the fitness side with bootcamps?
Thanks man! I am trying to see about a UK trip later this year! Stay Tuned!

Hey what up brandon! Big fan of yours! I was wondering how do you keep track of everything you eat drink reps sets etc everyday. Do you literally carry a notebook with you ALL day everyday? Or do you record your data in an app on your phone throughout the day and then later record it in your log? Also, how much creatine do you take? Do you take that amount everyday? And do you see yourself ever stopping taking creatine even in old age? I recently read some studies and I haven’t found a legitimate reason to ever stop taking it, so many benefits and zero downfall or safety issues. Thanks in advance homie!
What’s up Cory. I find it easier to keep a notebook on me and track everything as I am doing it. Check out this video I made about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oai4WTkyko
Thanks man what are your thoughts on the creatine questions I asked above? Pretty curious

Hello BBC!
What do you think about drinking energy drink during workouts?
What do you think about this: “Abs on a skinny guy is like big tits on a fat girl…IT DOESN’T COUNT”?
(I think skinny guys have to work hard on abs too, so it’s count.)
Thank you for your answer, keep your hard work! I’ll be here forever! 🙂
how to lose weight in the middle of the body (weist, love handles and butt). I’ve been working out and dieting for a long time and I cant get red of my butt.
Sorry, I’m not BBC, but I think I can help you.
You should try out HIIT Cardio. (High Intensity Interval Training)
You can find video about it in BBC’s channel.
(He has a series of this, so you can vary it as much as you want 🙂
Hope my answer will help you to get the body you want! 🙂

Hello sir. Firstly, thank you very much for all of the great videos. You are the best dude on youtube. My question is regarding meditation. How do you breath exactly? And how does a college student find time to free read during the day? Also please make a video on saving money I feel a lot of people, including myself, would benefit from it. Thanks again sir and have a good one!
