When it comes to ab training, people often spend all of their time doing crunches and sit-ups. These exercises can be effective, but they focus on your upper abs. Whenever you train, you should also include exercises that target your lower abs and obliques to prevent muscle imbalances and to get the “V-Cut” that everyone one wants. I the video below, I will show you some of my favorite exercises for Lower abs and obliques to help you get “V-Cut” Six Pack Abs
Over View or the The workout
Do 3-4 sets of each exercise
Rest between 30-60 seconds between each set
Do each set to failure (until you can not do anymore)

Hey Brandon, I know this really doesn’t have anything to do with the video but i just had a quick question. I’m a pretty skinny guy and I do hiit cardio 3 times a week. Should I stop and just focus on bulking up or continue doing hiit? Any advice would be appreciated.
